“I mean, the Cyclones for my vacuum cleaner took over 5000 prototypes. That’s 5000 failures before I’d cracked it. So the moral of the tale is keep on failing. It works!” – James Dyson, talking about the process behind a successful design.

We recently purchased a dyson… every time I’ve used it, I’ve had your impersonation of him going through my head as I vacuumed.
There are some cool features to it, but its different enough from all the other “typical” vacuums I’ve owned that it required breaking out the instructions a couple times. I hate that, particularly with something as ubiquitous as a vacuum cleaner.
