This is one of my favorite business cards I have done so far. It was a sub-contract job for my friend Aimee’s company, AC Illustration. Contractor and client were very satisfied.
It’s funny being a fan of minimalism. It’s a life of oddly opposed circumstances. You work so hard on a design in an effort to leave yourself as little as possible. It often takes so much more work to create something spartan and clean than it does to create something heavy and detailed. And in the end, you receive a tremendous amount of joy from just a couple shapely letters and a block or shade of color.
